We use the term "health yourself" to encourage people to take responsibility for their own health.
Turning health into a verb reminds us that we need to take action to get results. Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing and expecting different results. If we want to get healthier we need to change our daily health habits.
This is not something we hear much about from our doctor(s). They are busy managing emergencies, which is what the traditional medical system excels at. For prevention and alternate approaches, we need to seek out highly qualified medical professionals who are well schooled in more ancient practices and can advise us intelligently on diet and exercise and therapies not usually mentioned by allopathic doctors.
We can get healthier by learning more about our bodies and taking specific steps to heal whatever ails us. Chances are that the conditions we suffer from did not develop overnight. That means they won't heal overnight either. But, day by day, as we substitute healthy habits for unhealthy ones, and invest in the wellness devices that can support our healing process, we will begin to experience the benefits.
Once we start feeling better, that's all the motivation we need to keep on keeping on!
